The Headless Way to Awakening to Who We Really Are

A day workshop in the beautiful East Sussex town of Lewes.
Time: 10am–5pm. Arrive from 9:30am to start at 10am.
Richard Lang will introduce the Headless Way and guide the group through a range of awareness exercises that point directly to the experience of our deepest Nature—who we all really are. Richard will also indicate how to enjoy this awakening in our everyday lives. And Huw will give a talk on the connection between the Headless Way and the Dzogchen non-dual path from Tibet.
Richard has been teaching the Headless Way for more than 50 years. The Headless Way is a fast-track modern way of awakening to your True Nature, the boundless awareness that is nearer to each of us than our breathing. Richard will guide everyone through awareness exercises that point directly to this wonderful Nature within us all, and indicate how we can benefit from this awakening in our everyday lives.
Huw Wyn
Huw has been studying and practising Dzogchen for many years with Tibetan teachers and hosts the retreats in the Uk for James Low. He will explore the connection between the Headless Way and Dzogchen, particularly the direct pointing-out instructions of Garab Dorje, and how both approaches invite us to recognise the open, spacious awareness that is our natural state.

Please bring a packed lunch or pop into Lewes at lunchtime to get food.
Preferably we hang out together over lunch, so we can make some friends.
Lewes is about 7 miles north-east of Brighton and about 1 hour by train from London Victoria.
