DEEP AWARENESS THERAPY

I offer one to one meetings as a support to find deep joy and bring deep awareness into our daily lives.

We all experience moments of change through life. This is an opportunity to discover clarity, awareness and presence. It doesn't matter what question or problem you have, the meetings are an opportunity to get to the heart of the matter. It allows you to truly express and follow whats important in your life right now.

They can be just one session or more, its up to you. This is an opportunity to drop into deep awareness,  for clarity and relaxation, to support you where ever you are in life.  It doesn't matter who you are, simply an inclination towards freedom from anxiety and towards true happiness is the only requirement.

With a deep enquiry into the tendencies, habits and patterns that stop us from realising deep joy and happiness in our lives. We can find a natural freedom that is beyond words.

\Whether its sadness, despair, grief, a broken heart, confusion, relationship problems, addiction issues, fear, or we may wish to reflect on who we truly are and what we truly wish to do with this precious human life.

One to one sessions are offered in a safe and supportive environment in person in Sussex near Lewes or online. Meetings are open to all, contact me if you want to know more.

Biography

My passion for understanding the human mind and body began when I studied Tibetan Medicine 1994-1998, in the Himalayas of Ladakh with a seventh generation traditional doctor, Amchi Tsewang Smanla, and at Kagyu Samye Ling Tibetan Monastery in Scotland. Tibetan Medicine is an ancient and profound study with application of healing for body, speech and mind.

In 1999 I went on to train in an MA in Buddhist Psychotherapy at the internationally renowned Karuna Institute

I also set up Tiger's Nest, a project that worked with many renowned Tibetan meditation masters over the years, hosting retreats and workshops. I created and edited a series of books called 'Dharma Diary', which featured teachers such as His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Thich Nath Hanh and many others.

I now run a series of festivals, events and workshops called Into the Wild, hosting weekends and courses for people to learn from nature, with wild crafts, music, yoga, meditation, song, dance and much more. I am also an author, father, photographer, poet, cook and lover of travel.

I only have a limited space if you are interested in working together, please get in touch and we can work out a time to meet.  Meetings are by donation and online. Email me on dejahu@me.com
