Retreats
WE host nature based retreats , integrating awareness into everyday life. Come and join us, relaxing your vast mind and boundless heart
The retreats are a direct exploration of awareness as it is lived in ordinary life. This is not about striving to become someone else, reaching a goal, or self help. What we explore together is how this natural awareness can be lived in the middle of life, as it is right now.
These retreats are run in sussex , UK, yet easily accessible. All income is invested back into the retreats, as well as supporting Nature Recovery and rewilding native species.
This is all in spired and influenced by the Tibetan Dzogchen and Mahamudra traditions, Tibetan medicine, dyads, shamanic elements, nature quests and other practices that support a recognition of our true nature and its natural expression in our everyday lives.
The retreats are £50 day retreat.
And £133 weekend retreat
that includes food.
